Amanda has been writing about food for over 11 years, and dreaming about it for even longer. Her work has taken her everywhere from the hills of Tuscany to the outest of outer boroughs in New York. She has written for a variety of publications, including Bella Magazine, where she serves as the Food & Travel Editor, Wine4Food, Time Out, and Beyondish, to name a few.
Education
Amanda received her bachelor's degree from Wheaton College, MA, where she studied psychobiology and Hispanic studies. She went on to receive her master's in professional writing from New York University.
