#1 My vote for the best thing to make in a mug: chocolate ganache. You can use it for dipping, for making truffles, as sundae sauce, or dilute it with milk for the best hot chocolate ever. All you have to do is microwave heavy cream in a mug until it boils then add an equal amount of chocoalte chips to the mug. Let the mug sit for a few minutes and then whisk until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.
