12 Healthy Fixes For Not So Healthy Foods From Dr. Oz

No matter how diligent we are with our diets, there are some foods that we just can't resist. Because sometimes we just can't avoid our guilty pleasures, we asked world-renowned health and fitness expert Dr. Mehmet Oz to lend a hand. Most commonly known as Dr. Oz, he appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2008 as cardiothoracic surgeon, and has since won over the hearts of America through his charm and expert advice. Since his debut with Oprah, Dr. Oz has started his own one-man show where he covers all current and popular health topics. The fourth season of The Dr. Oz Show will premiere this coming Monday, Sept. 10, so now was a better time than ever to have him weigh in on our dilemma. We gave Dr. Oz the top 12 of our most unhealthy, can't-do-without, food obsessions and asked him if there was any chance in making them healthy. We were excited to learn that there's hope for us yet.
